1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Writora (blog.encylife.com) you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our House Rules. If you use the platform for a company, you confirm you may bind that company to the same terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or older where your local law requires).
• Use a real, legal identity; impersonation of people or brands is not allowed.
• Keep your credentials safe — activity under your account is your responsibility.
• One person, one account. Running fake accounts — especially to inflate earnings — is grounds for immediate termination.

3. Your content

You own what you write. We claim no ownership. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display and promote your public stories on the platform (including newsletter and social promotion with attribution). This license ends for a story when you delete it.

You are responsible for it. Confirm you have the rights to everything you publish — text, images and quotes — and that publishing it does not violate anyone else’s rights or any law.

We may remove content that breaks the House Rules. Feedback or a public note is not endorsement by us.

4. Conduct

Treat people well and follow the House Rules — they are part of these Terms. No harassment, hate, malware, illegal content, spam, scraping the site, interfering with its operation, or circumventing security or fraud systems.

5. The earnings program

• Earnings derive from genuine member reading at the per-country rates published on the Earn page. Rates may be adjusted; material changes are announced.
• Fraud, bots, click exchanges or any artificial inflation voids the affected earnings — and may void the account.
• Withdrawals require passing the published minimum and valid payout details; we may hold payouts pending fraud review.
• You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.

6. Subscriptions & payments

• Premium membership renews for the period you chose until cancelled. Cancel any time — benefits continue to the end of the paid period.
• Manual transfer payments activate after the transfer proof is verified; payments are generally non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
• We may change prices prospectively; changes never affect a period you already paid for.

7. Termination, disclaimers & liability

• By you: stop using the service and request deletion any time.
• By us: we may suspend or end accounts that break these Terms, on notice where possible.
• Service: provided "as is"; we work hard on reliability (see the status page) but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• Liability: to the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these Terms as the product changes; significant changes are announced on the site. Questions about any clause? Ask us before trouble starts, not after.
