House rules

1. Be human. Write it yourself.

Publish your own work and say things you actually believe. Text generated wholesale by tools, copied from other sites, or spun from someone else’s article without credit is plagiarism — it gets removed and repeated cases end accounts. Sharing a short quote with a clear link back is always fine.

2. No harassment, hate or threats

Attack ideas, never people. Content that degrades people for their ethnicity, religion, gender, sexuality, disability or nationality is removed. Targeted harassment, doxxing (publishing private details), and credible threats mean an immediate ban — no strikes, no warnings.

3. Keep it legal and safe

• No illegal content, instructions to harm, or sale of weapons and drugs.
• No sexually explicit material; write about intimacy with maturity, not pornography.
• No malware, phishing links, or scams of any kind.
• No spam: keyword stuffing, link farms, or the same story posted repeatedly.

4. Play fair with earnings

Writers are paid for genuine member reading. Inflating numbers is theft from the program and from every honest writer on it: no bots, no click exchanges, no paid-to-read schemes, no reading your own stories in loops, no fake accounts. We run fraud detection on every view; flagged patterns freeze payouts pending review, and confirmed fraud forfeits the earnings it produced.

5. Disclose what you’re paid to say

Sponsored or affiliate content is welcome if it is clearly labelled at the top of the story. Undisclosed paid promotion is deceptive to readers and gets removed.

6. Comments are content too

Reply as you would speak to a colleague. The same rules apply under every story: no abuse, no spam links, no copy-paste promotions. Authors can report comments; serious violations there hit the commenter’s account, not just the comment.

How enforcement works

1. Removal. Rule-breaking stories or comments are taken down and the author is told why.
2. Strikes. Most violations add a strike. Three strikes in 12 months close the account.
3. Immediate bans. Harassment, threats, fraud and illegal content skip straight to account termination.

You can appeal any decision — a human reviews every appeal, not a script.
